About Pam
Hi, I'm Pam Boland — a Chartered Management Consultant, transformational coach, and author based in rural Northern Ireland.
For over fifteen years I've worked at the intersection of strategy and people, helping major organisations across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and beyond redesign the experiences they deliver — for their customers and for their colleagues. I've led projects delivering hundreds of millions in savings. More importantly, I've built relationships that taught me something new every single day.
I hold certifications in Women in Leadership from Oxford Saïd Business School and Inclusive Leadership with Behavioural Science from the LSE. I'm a Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching, and I'm a member of the Management Consultancy Association.
The work I do sits at the intersection of three things I care deeply about — customer experience, colleague experience, and technology. Not as separate disciplines, but as one conversation. Because your people and your customers are connected, and the organisations that understand that are the ones that get it right.
I've also written two books. One gives you the tools. The other gives you the story underneath them.
Outside of work I'm a two-stripe white belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a devoted owner of two tuxedo cats named Ricky and Julian, and someone who has never once been accused of being underdressed.
I believe that when people stop performing a version of themselves they think is expected — and start showing up as who they actually are — extraordinary things happen.
That's what I'm here for.
