January Update
People often talk about New Year's resolutions at the start of January, but I’m aware that they give some people the ick, so this year I’ve decided to tell you about some of the things I’ve done throughout January instead.
I focused on starting the year off well, and during a beautiful hike (pictured) on New Year’s Day, I was thinking about my priorities for 2026, in particular about Purpose and Consistency.
📖 - 6 books read (named in the comments)
💭 - Completed the 3rd module of my PASEDA360® COACH TRAINING ACADEMY Transformational Coaching course with Angela Cox_MCC and my lovely cohort
🧠 - Attended a thought-provoking networking session with Karen Hands
🥋 - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu twice a week, every week
🍷 - Ate (mostly) clean and zero alcohol
🏃♀️ - >10000steps Every. Single. Day (That's been the toughest!)
❤️ - Set up a Lean In Circle- it’s called Transformational Female Leaders - If you’d like to meet with some truly inspirational women for honest conversations focused on growth - come join us (details to follow)
👩💼 - Worked on some incredible things with my fabulous clients and team
I am aware January isn’t over just yet, so I’ll let you know if I make it through the final days.
