I have been coaching people throughout my career as a Management Consultant and Senior Transformation Leader — long before I ever called it coaching. Helping people think more clearly, work more effectively, and show up as the best version of themselves has always been part of how I work.

I am now a Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching, and I am currently looking for a small number of volunteers to experience the Paseda360 Stop Being Stuck protocol as part of my certification portfolio.

This is a structured, evidence-based approach that creates real, lasting change — not surface-level advice, but work that goes to the root of what's holding you back.

This will be offered free of charge for a limited time while I build my portfolio. Places are genuinely limited.

I am passionate about helping others succeed — and I mean that in the most practical sense. Not cheerleading from the sidelines, but honest, committed, roll-your-sleeves-up support.

At any given time I work with a small number of individuals on a mentoring basis. I am selective about this because I take it seriously. If I'm your mentor, you have my full attention and genuine investment in where you're going.

My speaking draws on fifteen years at the sharp end of consulting and transformation, combined with lived experience of what it actually costs to build a career in this industry and what it takes to thrive in it.
